Inn Rates and Policies
Check-in time is 3pm. We like to personally
check in our guests.
Check-out time is 11am unless advance arrangements have been made.
A 7% Florida Sales Tax and 4% Lake County Sales Tax are additional.
Office Hours are 9am-10pm
Reservations are recommended.

One night stay is available during a non special event.  Two night minimum stay is required during special event, festival/holidays when rates may vary.

Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards are accepted. We also accept check or cash. 

Children of all ages are welcome. 

Dogs are welcome ($25 per dog/per stay - depending on length of stay), please call regarding pet policies.

        
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, rooms, or gazebo.

No show / No call for cancellation with at least 48 hours notice of arrival -  credit card will be processed for the full amount
of the reservation.
Certain conditions may apply.

Maximum Seasonal Rates (rates may vary during festivals/holidays)
Amber/Richard/John Joseph suites $165
St. Nicholas/St. Andrew $150

$25 for each additional person
Rates subject to change without notice except for advance deposit reservations.
